Hi Cindy H,

I do not have the SI thing but I have had spinal surgery on L4-L5,L5-S1,

bilaterally. I still need a fusion.. My spine does clunk and thunk too as

you said yours does. Weird isn't it. I suspect it's why I need a fusion, the

instability must cause that,

S.

Spine Therapy Clinic) The therapist had me do the things suggested.

(all but the dye stuff). I now use a lift in one shoe because leg

inequality-not from scoliosis, but from one leg being 1/2 " longer than the

other. Also have had 3 low back surgeries, the last at L5-S1 level. And of

course have arthritis in the area.plus scar tissue and all that...

the sciatic nerve area approx. in the middle of the buttock) This has helped

immensely with sciatic nerve pain. The more it relaxes, it seems the SI

feels a tad better.

plus spasming of the piriformus had some play in it.

general.

and with each step I can feel/hear it " thunk " with each step. It's done it

for years, and bugs me. Do you know what this is?
