Guest guest
Barbara and I second or third that motion. I used to be very cold natured, now I'm the one turning the heat down. My arm stays ice cold, but it's that way even in hot water. I go through night sweats and day sweats and then bouts where I'm absolutely freezing. It seems to occur even more frequently when I've pushed myself too far. I would be tempted to blame it on menopause, but I know for a fact that I'm not doing that thing at this moment . Having just had a full physical in October, I purposely had some bloodwork done to see where I'm at on that front. All of the results turned out that I wasn't even in peri-menopause. I've just been assuming that it was a combo of meds and fatigue. Barbara
