I'm still trying to get off the world for a little while though LOL My daughter seems to be a lot more comfortable today. I'm pleased, and I'm sure her docs will be too. Actually, I just received a very nice email from the doc that did her surgery on Wed....he wanted to check on her, make sure everything was ok, and since they did her with IV conscious sedation instead of general anesthesia, he was concerned about what she remembered etc. OH how I love the power of Versed. As I soaked in the tub trying to get myself some relief, I prayed that maybe them finding this IV line in the wrong place that maybe, just maybe it could be the cause of her pain and not rsd. I emailed my thoughts to her neuro, surgeon, and pain doc....they're all praying with me, but made sure to tell me not to get my hopes too high and that time will tell. Even if it proves to be that, she has damage to her autonomic nervous system, so she's a set up for RSD---sort of a day to day time bomb.
