Do you go with a group of friends or family? Hi JoAnn, I have never been to Spain before. This trip is a birthday gift from my best friend. He is over in Iraq and is going on an R+R to Barcelona and sent me a ticket as a gift. A few years back, right before the RSD mess I had helped him out with some problems so this is kind of a thankyou/birthday gift. He is my best friend in the world. Most people cant believe that a male and female can be best friends without hanky-panky LOL!!! going on but we are. When I was injured in 1999 (the injury that caused the RSD) I was in the hospital for a long time then when I came home I was quite sick and could not drive or go to the store or anything. He took me to all of my Dr. appointments and shopped for me too. He always made time to come see me at the hospital too. I have missed him terribly. It is rare to find such a true and loyal friend and I treasure his friendship. His 40th birthday is in February so we are going to CELEBRATE!!!! I cant wait.
