Guest guest Posted February 15, 2004 Report Share Posted February 15, 2004 , Don't let the Dr. blow you off and attribute everything to fibro, demand new MRI's of your knees, with an arthrogram if necessary. You said once the menisus was torn in both knees, the tears may have progressed. The only treatment is live with it or have arthroscopic surgery to repair them. If your O rtho in not responsive seek a second opinion. I hope this helps but just don't buy the fibro story without further study and documentation! Please. Sincerely, S.
