Guest guest Posted February 11, 2004 Report Share Posted February 11, 2004 I've been going through the SSI process for 2 yrs- a denial of course- then a rehearing is in progress sometime in April- sure wish I did not have to be there for it......... do not understand what the question or hold up is - due to all the proof...... but I guess its something everyone goes through? ~~ I had to fire my first attorney due to inefficiencies ... My new attorney filled for a hearing, I got confirmation they received the request so I am just waiting for the hearing date. My attorney says that under normal circumstances, my file is solid enough not to have me go to a hearing but since I am so young I will most likely have to go to the hearing.
