Guest guest Posted November 20, 2004 Report Share Posted November 20, 2004 Hi Cathy, my daugther had 4 years of chemo.Mutated cells are deformed cells that have been effected by chemo also have had low iron supplies.They become deforemed abit like a apple growing between two branches its useable but deforemed. Yes Chemo plays incredable havic on cells both good and bad. It depletes all your good cells as well hence good fruit and vege diet when your ablt to eat. Vicki has perminate damage from her chemo but compared to dieing of cancer its the best option. I,m soory you are ungoing this trauma in your life.
