Hi Ginny,

I too have Raynaud's, dx at 18years old. If it is even a little cold my hands turn a very strange blue, than white, then when the blood returns they turn bright red. The colors are not natural looking. It looks very weird. I have a friend who has some auto immune problems, she has Lupus and she has Raynaud's so bad that to get something out of the freezer she has to wear gloves. She will get frostbite just from touching something even for a minute. I wouldn't believe it but I have seen it.

When my Raynaud's acts up it is quite painful. Also I lose the function in my hands until they turn red again. When the blood come back then they swell. Weird stuff isn't it???? I am glad that you got the thorough check up from your doc. He sounds nice. Take care, Love Jai
