Mike--X Technique

Hi Mike,

Well, I finally was able to get Mike to try the X technique on me

last night! YEA! I do feel MUCH better today, too! Woo Hoo! It

seems to have moved to only one spot, just right of my spine, on the

right side, about 1/3 down from the neck, or just below the shoulder

blades. I'm going to look at Gach tonight and see what he needs to

do for that, and I'm going to try it on him. He has a very sore

upper arm from falling on the snow.

As he was doing it, I visualized breating in clean, fresh water that

went to the area he was at and flushing it; then as I breathed out, I

visualized it being flushed out with my breath. I think the deeper

breathing helped me to relax as well.

THANK YOU, Mike, for taking the time to tell me what points to use! I

do so appreciate it, and so do my co-workers, because if I felt as

bad today as I did Friday and Saturday, I probably wouldn't be at

work!

Off the subject, the snow has finally ceased here, at least for a

day, at 27 " ! It's going to take two months for it to melt! Many,

many people here have lots of leakage in their homes from frozen

gutters and such. We all have long icicles hanging from our roofs -

boy, it has been AGES since I've seen icicles like this! Brings back

memories of my childhood!

Good on both counts. The water visualization seems to help take

some of the " fire " out of sore spots. And the deeper breathing

defintely does help you relax.
