what about monopoly, scrabble, lincoln logs, pick up sticks. jacks,

chinese checkers. oh the fun we used to have. no electrcity needed. i

Barbara, I won't take any guesses I do remember Thumbelina but not the other 2. I remember a Chatty Cathy doll. So I don't think our era's are that far apart. I am 46, we will be 47 in March. So I don't think

think our eras and years aren't that far apart.

Well, I'm thinking about my Thumblina and Tiny Tears and Cathy dolls. Guess what era that places me in? Barbara (who sure wished that she had held onto that first barbie doll that she got)

Thanks for the tip, my granddaughter will be ready for that game sooner than we realize, I have got to remember that tip.

I still play those with kids--but the board has changed a little. Know what you can do when you play Candyland and it's going forever? Slip the cards out that put you way down at the bottom, and it will get over more quickly.
