Unfortunately people can be so callous sometimes and dont realize how hurtful they are being. Ihope at least part of the wedding was enjoyable for you. Hugs my friendDonna Hi Deb, Don't feel bad about using a cane, Hey at least you can get around and be independant. I went from wheel chair to walker to crutches to one crutch to two forearem crutches to sometimes one forearm crutch. You know what, If someone cant see past the disability and see me then they are not worth it!!!.... YOU are important not what you use to get around. You are a special person in your own right....and if someone doesn't want to look past your skin and see the person inside and see who you really are, then they are just shallow and worthless.
