hi mike...thanks for your response to my post:

using the X technique on myself by simply grasping those two

knobby bones between the thumb and middle finger of my left hand and

then just focusing on it.

the only problem w/this method is that i've had basal joint fusions on both

hands. it was my L elbow that hurts so much & my R thumb has never been back

to normal (it needed a bone graft as well)...it's very weak & i can hardly do

anything w/it since the surgery. i'm not trying to discourage others w/this

report, that's just what happened to me personally, k?

anyway, thank;s for your advice!

If it hurts to apply a " gripping " pressure, try it by just making

contact without squeezing if you can get your hand in position to do

it. You can also try it by reaching across and putting the palm of

your right hand on the outside of your left elbow and then reaching

around and putting the tips of your middle fingers on the inside of

the elbow. Focus on your elbow and " visualize " an energetic link

between your finger tips and the palm of your hand, running through

your elbow. I KNOW this sounds strange. Half of this stuff I

recommend sounds strange. All I can tell you is that it works. I

didn't believe it myself either until I started being able to do it.
