Guest guest
I too do better if I keep moving. But, It's really hard to do when my back first goes out. I've found that if I take a muscle relaxer and maybe a pain pill first thing, I can keep moving, and I recover quicker. I will even take a muscle relaxer when I feel it getting to that point where I know it will go out if I move wrong. So far, since I've been doing that, my back hasn't gone out. It's been about 3 months, which is the longest I've gone without it going out for years. I've also learned that pacing is so important. If I'm feeling good, now I try to pace myself, instead of doing all those things I have put off because of my back hurting. If I pace myself, then I don't over do it, and I'm better all around.
