Guest guest
Is there a danger of this unwinding to sharply strain a joint or muscle? Guest guest
Hi Laxity, I had an unwinding many years ago. It was wonderful and gentle. There is no restraining from the practitioner. They are barely touching you. Their touch is for support of the body, not for restraint. Even if your unwinding becomes the more emotional type with crying and body twisting, the practioner is only there to support the body from harm. Cindy C.
