Hi Tonia, Bell's palsy is a mysterious thing. Sometimes it is caused because of a procedure that injures the facial nerve and sometimes it just comes on by its self. Thankfully it usually is self limiting. I hope you have no further instances with it!! I am sure just a half a smile from you is just as beautiful as a full one!!
