Guest guest Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 It's called a 3-Point fall-you attempt to land on 3 points of the body, to distribute the force over a wider area and lessen the severity to one particular joint/bone. It should be the thigh/leg/upper arm area. Basically, you try to use the whole side (or back or front) of the body and don't try to 'stop' the fall-just go with it.
