We breastfeed - I find it easiest to lie down - but We do it cradle hold too - The helmet take a little adjusting on your part but before long you will forget it's even there!

Paper stickers don't make a mess - they just peel off easily. DO you have a craft/art supply store? Or a scrapbooking store? That is where we found our vellum and clear stickers.

We eased our dd into it over 1 week. 1st day she played w/ it. Next day 1 hour in am, 1 hour in pm - it kept increasing until by day 8 it was 23 hours. Your ortho should give you a schedule.
