Diagnosed last winter with RSD, had only had symptoms for less than 2 months, Immediately got SGblocks, and extensive therapy. So far the worst shooting pains subsided, nothing has spread, I take minimal prescriptions, and am only slightly inconvienced at this time. Three weeks ago I had a radial nerve operation on my left arm, slightly risky but so far the operation has not done any harm, no flare-ups, but it did not help the numb feelings but the swelling isn't down either. Phil, That is great that it got picked up on and you got the blocks and PT, it gives hope for the future that one day this will be a disease that they can keep this disease under control. I hope the swelling and numb feelings go away soon. take care, Lin
