Employers forcing employees into AA/NA

The problem is that they want to make everybody join. I suppose

the reason they want to do that is that there are so few of them;

they'd have no collective power if they formed a little union with

only a few people in it. But if they could force everyone to join

on paper, they'd have a lot of dues money to spend and large

" membership " statistics to wave around and give them clout.

If the university objected, they probably wouldn't keep running

these votes to see if the employees want to unionize. They've

been doing this every 4-5 years for quite a while now, and

AFAIK there is no legal requirement that they actively aid in

attempts to unionize.
