HI PHIL,,,, I'm so glad your is not so bad it is hard enough.. I hope the recovery is good on your surgery. please be careful on crutches this winter. we get cold and snow here in new york but not like you do. Pam, I don't get on to much, because I am one of the lucky ones. Diagnosed last winter with RSD, had only had symptoms for less than 2 months, Immediately got SGblocks, and extensive therapy. So far the worst shooting pains subsided, nothing has spread, I take minimal prescriptions, and am only slightly inconvienced at this time. Three weeks ago I had a radial nerve operation on my left arm, slightly risky but so far the operation has not done any harm, no flare-ups, but it did not help the numb feelings but the swelling isn't down either.
