(He had to have his shots.) But tomorrow I'll be back on it as soon as I get home from work! I have 4 lbs to lose by Thursday to make my 100 lbs by 4 mos. Here's hopin! Guest guest Posted October 24, 2006 Report Share Posted October 24, 2006 I've found that I enjoy exercise more if I don't burn myself (or my dinner) out by doing it sporadically or intensely. Steady consistancy with constant (steady) increases in time/effort work best...for me anyway.
