I so wanted to get back on there today; but it was too late by the time

I got home from the vet w/ the dog. (He had to have his shots.) But

tomorrow I'll be back on it as soon as I get home from work! I have 4

lbs to lose by Thursday to make my 100 lbs by 4 mos. Here's hopin!

I so wanted to get back on there today; but it was too late by the time

I got home from the vet w/ the dog. (He had to have his shots.) But

tomorrow I'll be back on it as soon as I get home from work! I have 4

lbs to lose by Thursday to make my 100 lbs by 4 mos. Here's hopin!

dinner in the process. WOOHOO! LOL

I understand where you are coming from there. I enjoy riding my stationary

bike for about 15 minutes a day. I did some walking today and even though

it did tire me out, I am better now than I was before my WLS.

I understand where you are coming from there. I enjoy riding my stationary

bike for about 15 minutes a day. I did some walking today and even though

I've found that I enjoy exercise more if I don't burn myself (or my

dinner) out by doing it sporadically or intensely. Steady consistancy

with constant (steady) increases in time/effort work best...for me

anyway.
