I am a little confused about his lung capacity is at 50%, in that 50% how much oxygen is getting into his blood stream. You are right if OSHA were to make a surprise visit to their site and no one was wearing ventilation masks in that area the company could face a severe fine. Maybe his company will be more concerned with health issues than they seem to be now. So like I said before I am very.sorry that you and your fiance.
