first... I'm already learning a lot from reading messages/responses

already posted. thanks to all of you.

it helps to know that I am not the only one getting frustrated and,

yes, depressed, when i follow the rules and still see my glucose levels

spike - even when I eat something that didn't cause a

spike the day before! Perhaps it was my attitude :-)

In addition to Type 2 diabetes, I also have high blood pressure and

elevated cholesterol so I try to lower my sodium intake as well as

eliminate the bad fats.

I find lots of " fat free " and " non-sugar " sweetened products but I'm

having trouble finding unsalted - or very low salt - products.

Any suggestions or brand names to look for would be appreciated.
