I eat alot of protein, I find things that have the most in them. I

have alot of cheese, hard boiled eggs, seafood, chicken and sunflower

seeds! I still find it hard to get the water in.

WOW, that is GREAT! Tell me your secrets. I seem to be stuck at about

2 lbs a week-will be 4 months on Thursday with 50 lbs gone.

Macadamia nuts are about the lowest in fat content that I know of and

VERY high in protein. Plus, I think most nuts have the good kind of

fat and not the bad kind. maybe someone with more knowledge of this

can reply.

Macadamia nuts are about the lowest in fat content that I know of and

VERY high in protein. Plus, I think most nuts have the good kind of

fat and not the bad kind. maybe someone with more knowledge of this

can reply.

That's what I've heard. Peanut butter is high on my list of " approved

foods " as long as I get the natural, unsweetened kind and pour off the

excess oil. But then, my surgeon's plan is much more carb restrictive

than fat restrictive. My surgeon told me I needed some of the good fat

to keep my matabolism up.
