I have alot of cheese, hard boiled eggs, seafood, chicken and sunflower seeds! I still find it hard to get the water in. Pamela 11/19/02 116 lbs gone!! Peanut butter is high on my list of " approved foods " as long as I get the natural, unsweetened kind and pour off the excess oil. But then, my surgeon's plan is much more carb restrictive than fat restrictive. My surgeon told me I needed some of the good fat to keep my matabolism up.
