Guest guest
While cherry juice may not affect an individual's BGs, as with everything in diabetes, YMMV. It is important to be very careful to qualify statements about how something effects BGs with YMMV; otherwise newbies may think they can just go out and indulge in that food or take that supplement. I know when I was a newbie I was looking for the " magic bullet " cure and something great I could eat in unlimited amounts. If I read it on a list of experienced diabetics without a qualifier I would have gone down the wrong path.
