While cherry juice may not affect an individual's BGs,

as with everything in diabetes, YMMV. It is important

to be very careful to qualify statements about how

something effects BGs with YMMV; otherwise newbies may

think they can just go out and indulge in that food or

take that supplement. I know when I was a newbie I was

looking for the " magic bullet " cure and something

great I could eat in unlimited amounts. If I read it

on a list of experienced diabetics without a qualifier

I would have gone down the wrong path.
