I probably won't be on line too much tomorrow I am babysitting my granddaughter. called me a little upset, one of the other children at her day care bit her on the back 5 times today. So I will take care of her tomorrow. I wish I could watch her a lot more, but with my legs won't cooperate, they just start to hurt way too much, I did watch once for a day and a half, the next day I didn't get out of bed very much.

I know how hard it is with active toddlers (Jake just started walking!), but try and spend as much time cuddling and relaxing as you can.. Jake loves to cuddle so will take breaks for that as often as I want/need.

Your Jake is sooo cute, Katelin is pretty good about entertaining herself, the only thing I have to do is shut all the doors of the rooms I don't want her in, she hasn't learned how to open doors yet, but I am sure that is next. She can open her Aunt's main door because it is the type that you pull down, so when we go there we have to keep the door locked at all times. But it is still work to have her, I wish I could watch her more than once a week, I am thinking maybe trying out 2 days a week. I know I am overreacting but it really bothers me that she got bit on her back 5 times yesterday. I have a few minutes to type because she is busy eating her banana and watching her cartoons every time I look at her she says Hi Nana, she is pretty good at saying my kittens name Pippin but my other cat is Pierre, which she pronounces Pear. But her favorite cat besides hers is Tom my 17 year old and he is surprisingly good with her.

Okay I will stop babbling on about Katelin, when her Papa takes a picture of her on Halloween night I will post it, she is going to be a bumble bee.

So far I am having a good pain day, probably because I stayed in bed the last few days because of that stupid stomach bug I had.

Okay one more thing, you guys would never believe who is jealous of who, Pippin doesn't like the fact that Katelin was on my lap and not him.

Oops time to get her dressed and get her colors out talk to everyone later.

It's kind of scary she is being such a good girl today. She's busy watching the wiggles again, and coloring away. Like I said before every time I look at her, which is often LOL she says Hi Nana, I think she is just happy to be here.

When I changed her I got the shock of my life, had told me that there were 2 bites that were pretty bad, talk about an understatement!!!!!

There are 2 bites that you can see where every teeth were, to see that on my baby makes me want to go bite the mother of that child LOL, She's probably one of those people that will go in a sweet voice that says" no no ny it's not nice to bite". I don't mean that people should beat their children but discipline is necessary, otherwise when those kids get into their teenage years look out.

Didn't I say that I wasn't going to be on this much, it just she is being so good right now sitting by me coloring.

Sorry that I got on my high horse again, but seeing those bites just broke my heart

If a child did what they did to your granddaughter at the Day Care I had worked at, the "biter" would have been sent home way before he ever got that many chances to bite! They just didn't tolerate that kind of stuff. Human bites are sometimes worse than animal ones, plus they didn't feel that any other child (or the same one) should have to endure them.
