I have this popping in my spine; between L3 to tailbone; and wonder if there

is a significance to it? I feel that there is as the pain of holding my

spine up is unbelievable now and I can no longer walk longer then 1/2 block

-- even with crutches -- to lean forward which relieves the pain with the

pop; though there is dull aching that follows. I have a grade 1-2

spondyliothesis (sp) in this area.

Does anyone have anything similar? Is this bone spurs?

Take a look at post 40832 - I cited some material in there from one

of my orthopedic assessment books. It talks about the popping and

crackling and possible causes.
