Guest guest
> Oh Barb, I simply cannot express to you how much reading that peom at this very point in time means to me. Suffice to say I am sat here with tears rolling down my face and struggling to see my screen. Your timing is impecible and you'll never know the extent of what you have just done for me. > > Love and hugs....Jo > xxx Jo - I had my wife read your reply. There were a couple of tears rolling down her cheeks as well when she was done (mine too). That poem came to her in the middle of the night when we were coping with Barb having to get her wheelchair. She didn't sit there thinking about it, trying to compose it. It came to her in virtually finished form, one pass through. Counting the two years we dated before getting married, we have been together for about 36 years now. She is very creative and very talented in many areas. But the two things she has done in those 36 years that have made me the proudest and given me the greatest joy have been giving me Barb as a daughter - and writing that poem.
