I was told that you can't do anything about head height directly (which is my son's issue) other than work on rounding out the back to make the height less noticeable. If the height was before treatment, they should be able to correct it. If it was after treatment, then it sounds maybe like an ill-fitted band but it should still be corrected. The orthosist shouldn't give you an answer that there wasn't anything they could do about that. They are the head people, they should be able to help. As far as your husband, I'm not sure what advice to give. Your son is not too old to recieve correction. I wouldn't second guess your treatment. There are so many brands and it is so hard to know what is best for your child. CT is excellent. It may be worth going to get him evaluated there. It even seems that it's taller than it was before we started.
