Jerry,

Try the anti-oxidant remedy from England you

hear us talk about. It does seems to work

The antioxidant regimen from England calls for 600 mcg of selenium, isn't

this too high? I take 200 mcg of selenium and was told that should be the

limit.

Jerry,

When I tried to buy selenium at GNC and had the regimen from England printout

with me, they told me that was entirely too much and not to take more than

400 mcg. I get 200 mcg in my multivitamin so I bought a bottle of 200 mcg

selenium.

The US FDA warns against taking any more than 400mcg of selenium.

That can lead to seleniosis.

I'd taken 50 for years and bumped up when I learned on the Royal

Infirmary's regimen.

I discussed the issue with my GI specialist and learned that he

advises all of his CP and pancreatic patients to take no more than

the 400.
