heat burns?

Are we more prone to physical burns, say, from a heating pad on affected

areas? I was using a heating pad today, and now the area is burning. It

could be a garden-variety RSD burning sensation, but the pad felt very hot

to me before I turned it off though it was on its lowest setting.

Molly,

I am not really sure...i know with me I have to have the heating pad on high to get any relief from it..and i actually don't feel the hot like I used to...so i have to be careful not to get burned since i know on high it is really hot. But i haven't ever got burned from it so far. Hope someone else can answer this for you...Hugs..GinnyMolly Bowling wrote:
