Hello,

My name is and I'm 18 years old. Last year I lost 40-45lbs

eating a low fat/low calorie diet and I have only 10-15lbs left of

my goal. So my new years resolution is to get rid of those extra

pounds :D

I follow a higher protein/some what moderate carb diet. I just uped

my cardio *since I haven't been doing much of that* and eating about

1200-1300 calories a day.
