Guest guest Posted October 21, 2004 Report Share Posted October 21, 2004 Unless the law had changed, You have 9 Months to work and get SSD. Some get confused with SSI and that is different. You can make as much as you wanr during the 8th month period. I know a lot of people that worked according to SS law the 9th month rule is still in effect, you still have to inform them that you are working, they will not bother you. whoever said 2 months is wrong, you cannot gage a persons work performance in only 2 months comming off of SSD, They give you 9 months.
