about the meal planner from excel

Hello,

I'm a bit lost, I have to revew all the diet for my son because the french

doctors did the mess and it's really sure it won't work like this!

So I did some menus with the Hopkins book help manually but I would like to know

how to manage with excel, I've got Excel but I don't know how to do!

Please help me to manage myself!
