I have found that I am forever searching For good recipes that others have been successful with post op WLS so I decided to start a group on myspace and one on Yahoo For those of you that don't myspace... These are for ppl to post their favorite WLS recipes for others to benefit from. Please share your sucesses. I know I for one would be very appreciative!!!
