Ginny,

After looking thru the site, I know now that my SIL doesn't have it. With just the blood test saying that it is, I know that it has to be something else, because she doesn't have any of the other symptoms of Lupus.

So, now she can go back to the doctor and tell him to figure out why the blood test says what it does.....but the rest says no.

Tonia...glad the site was a help..it's a good organization..So her blood test came back with a positive ana? she could have alot going on..some arthritises come back with the same reading. So does lyme disease...she should be tested for that. Hope she finds some answers. Sometimes the ana comes back positve because of an infection too..it can also be positive onc and neg the next...just depends on what is going on...Hugs..GinnyTonia wrote:
