And get the idea out of your head you are bringing us down with your problem. No way sister. I know this time a year is hard. I haven't suffered a loss in awhile but I had a very close friend just disappear. It felt like a death to me. Now I said I would never get involved with anyone again. The pain is to much. But found I can't isolate. It just makes living harder. With this group all things are possible. About the season change it's hard here in the midwest with all the gloomy days. I believe we need the sun for our emotional well being. Try and do one good thing today is my motto. If it's only to get up and get dressed. I've made it.
