I had a Hysteroscopy many years ago. My advice is to take ibuprofen or

tylenol before you go. This will help a lot. The pain I felt during the

procedure was no more than a bad menstrual cramp. Like on a scale of 1 to

10 with 10 being the worst it was about a 4or 5. I understand about fear of

pain. My pain threshold decreases as I get older (i'm 42) and you would

think it would increase. Go figure. Anyway, good luck with your Hystero.
