Guest guest Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 CINNAMON SPRINKLE BUNDT CAKE 1/2 C chopped walnuts 1/3 C sugar 4 tsp. cinnamon CAKE BATTER 1 pkg. yellow pudding cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 3/4 C. corn oil 3/4 C. water 4 eggs 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Spray bundt pan well with PAM. Mix cake batter well with mixer. Fill pan 3/4 full, then add the cinnamon sprinkle mix. Fill pan with remainder of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool 8-10 minutes Remove from pan onto cake platter. Glaze while warm with following glaze. 1 1/2 C powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla A little scoop of vanilla ice cream is great with this cake or instead of glaze, have whipped cream on hand.
