Guest guest
Hi Rose, we are trying reward tokens with Matt(we still do the star chart but the tokens work faster). We have made toy tokens, colouring, painting, computer, anything he likes really. For the desired behaviour, e.g eating his food nicely, having a poo(remember he is always constipated), etc he collects 1-3 tokens to get the reward. The cl psy suggested this and it has helped. I printed the pics using clip art on the computer and then laminated them and cut them out.Explain to your whole family. The number of tokens needed to get the reward depends on the childs level, e.g do they need instant rewards or can they wait to collect several. Perhaps Ben can have a token for taking stuff in the car. This gives you and him control. Hope this helps, Nicola
