Hi Nicola

That sounds like a great idea. Ben is a bit like a magpie, so anything slightly

shiny (ie

laminated!) would probably work really well, and it's also quite an immediate

reward

of a kind, even if the actual reward might be a few days or weeks coming.

Hope you're settling in after your move - thanks for the phone numbers etc.
