I think I have that keto meds site saved (already opened), I'll try

sending it to both you and a, Rose.

I was told here btw that we could only use the epilim tablets on the

diet, that the sugar free liquid def contains carbs that would have

to be calculated in.

Same with the paracetemol a - we give half an adult 'Panadol'

pill to , as the sugar free paracetemol liquid still contains

carbs.

I try and stay away from any of the 'ols' and 'oses' even if they

are caluclated into the diet, but as we all know, they are hidden in

lots and lts of places...

Sorbitol is one of
