your Post-Op Drink of choice.

I do coffee every morning and sometimes in the evening on weekends as

well. I stick with half caffeine, half non affeine. I really do not use

that much coffee... I fill my 32 oz water bottle as follows

2 scoops of Six Star Vanilla protein mix (40g protein)

2 oz of 2% milk

swish to dissolve, then add ice to the top and then coffee, which ends

up being only about 8 or 9 oz worth

I like a dark roast and no flavor because the vanilla protein adds

enoug flavoe and sweetness for me

You know you drink to much coffee when you order it at a certain temp. I

have never heard of that!

I'm a delicate Flower and I do not like it to burn my sensitive

tong....LOL

With the 4 shots ( most drinks have 1 or 2 ) I need the extra Sugar

free Vanilla to make it taste right.

Trust me it took months of experimenting and asking around till I

found the drink that was right for me....Me me just me!

What is Funny ( the funny strange not the funny HA HA ) is that my 9

year old Daughter has a drink just as complicated as I do. NOW Before

you call social services on me take note hers has NO -COFFEE, just

milk, and a bunch of other stuff.
