I will let you know as soon as my Mom trys them what happens. She told me today that she is going to have surgery but is trying to hold out until after the holidays, because she will be in a shoulder harness for six weeks and neither one of us will be able to drive. I would also hate to see those patches go to waist when we all pay way to much money for prescriptions! Do you know that my MS medication is $1150.00 a month. Thankfully I only pay $45.00 with my insurance right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is one reason I so desperately need to keep this insurance! LOL Always! My meds cost me a little under $1100 a month and I don't have any coverage for medicines. So all this comes out of my pocket and what's ironic is I only draw a little over $800 a month from SSD. It's so frustrating! I have had to start getting into the Patient Assistance programs with the manufacturers of my meds and have been successful with only 2 of them so far but the paperwork for that is still overwhelming. I'm thankful for any and all help I can get and can only hope to be able to return the favor for someone someday.
