Guest guest
Here are my contributions: Things I will never do again: I will never wear the colorful floursacks that are made for fat people that the clothes designers like to call dresses! I will never again be afraid to go ice skating for fear of breaking something when I fall. (eg the ice!) Now, things I have heard those annoying skinny people say: You do that pretty well for your size. (refering to any thing that is athletic.) Have you lost weight lately? (with fake smile pasted on their face saying " I don't really think so. " ) You would be so pretty if you lost a little weight. (And what am I now?) Re: Fat Classics Flo-- You are TOO funny!!! I love it -- I was rolling on the floor laughing at your last post. I think your book is a GREAT idea! Here are some of mine: I will stop looking around the room when in a group of people, to see if I am the biggest one there (relief when there is someone bigger) Not so funny -- but seriously -- I will stop putting off the things today that I say to myself I will do " once I lose weight. " No more missing out on things because of weight!!!!!!!! That is one of the main reasons I want this surgery is because I feel like my weight really interferes with my life and keeps me from doing so many things. I will wear my shirt tucked in!!!!!!!!!!! I will shop from 's Secret! LOL And for the Stupid Things Skinny People Say book: " Oh, she just hasn't lost her baby fat, yet. " " Can't you just exercise more? " And. . . . now with Dr. R's famous MGB there can be truth in the old saying, " I may be fat but you're ugly and at least I can lose weight. " There have to be more out there!!! Doesn't everyone have some good ones to share? This is fun!
