Guest guest
Flo, I am dying here was laughing hysterically. My assistant ran in my office to see if I was having a stroke. I think we should have a paragraph on things you can no longer do when you get fat and things no one wants to see when you get fat.lol I told my friend yesterday, guess what I put on a suit and went swimming at the hotel, I said I am on a mission and I am going to enjoy myself all the way there, She said were people looking at you? what i said. she said at least you aren't as big as and she is younger than you. Yeah that was the right answer. i had one of my clients ask me if i was pregnant again, I said no Bob I just am fat. His wife called me and said Trish, Bob was so embarrassed at your reaction to his question, I said oh Im sorry, thank him for telling me I still had great legs. That would have really boosted me up but I had on pants..lol..Things I will never do? I will never wait outside of the ride to hold everyone's things (because I cant fit with the bar down) I will never compare myself to other fat people, thinking they shouldn't wear that. I will never wear a big blazer in the heat of summer never again. I will never be ashamed to go out of the house without a full getup on (you know the perfect clothes hair & makeup) I will never hide to eat something everyone else is enjoying (that stinks doesn't it). I will never let people say oh you just have big bones..I cant even find them, they might not even exist..lol..I have to get back to work..boohoo, I will cont..later Trish

Guest guest
Cont..will never wear a swimsuit that looks like a dress! Oh I love this one, Gosh Trish you are so committed to your Family, Church, & Job why can't you just be committed to losing weight, I know you have it in you. Or if you really wanted to you could lose it. How about are you just holding on to the weight because of some horrible thing happened to you? Is food a comforter for you? Trish you would lose weight if you just moved around (my gosh IM out showing homes all day sometimes in 115 degrees heat) My Mother says maybe I should not have let you enjoy food so much. Yeah, Mom what were you thinking! And if one of my friends say this one again I will lose it, She had a child in her late 30's its going to take time to bounce back.(i weighed less after the baby and its been 3 years). Did anyone see the movie Seven. Well, after my neighbor saw it he said Trish you go to Church did you know that gluten was a sin. ooch that hurt. He is a no brainier, I know he did not intend to hurt me just thought i should know I was sinning lol OK, now I will stop Trish

THANK YOU THANK YOU I'm laughing so hard I can hardy write :) I'm with you all the way it was a time I thought that my body wasn't connected to my head Oh your face is so pretty I WANT TO LOOK DOWN HOW IS THE REST OF ME!!! Guest guest
Flo you are cracking me up! I'm still chuckling... Amy. ... I am never gonna wear those pants that have the crease stitched down the front. It's nothing but a punishment for being fat. They put the crease there so folks will know you're fat. The manufacturers all got together and said, fat people all get stitched down creases in their pants. It's the rule. I am never gonna wear black, brown or navy blue again. I'm going to wear stripes that go all the way around. I may never wear anything but sideways striped clothing as long as I live. Because ya know, the stripes aren't good for fatties, they make us look like we weight 300 when we're only 298. What are you never gonna do again? Guest guest
I think that we fatties should all get together and publish a book. We could either call it " Stupid Things Civilians Say " or we could call it " Politically Incorrect Things to Say to Under Tall People " ... I decided that I was not going to keep my decision to have this surgery a secret. The rest of my life is an open book, so this part can be too. So, if the subject comes up, I do talk about it. Actually, I'm rather proud that I have the guts to do it instead of just whining about this being my lot in life. I am beginning to get a long list of things to put into this book when we collectively write it and publish it and put one on the doorstep of each and every obnoxious civilian (person of normal weight) in the world. Today I told my girlfriend I was going to have the surgery. She didn't understand why. She said, " you may be fat but at least you're clean " . Huh? What? And I told her that, in retrospect, maybe I shouldn't have the surgery. After all what with all fat people in the world being dirty and all thin people being clean, I could now see the light and fully understand the rationale of not having this surgery. Huh? Scuse me. Why didn't you fatties out there tell me that none of you take a bath and that all of you are dirty and that all of the civilians are clean! Sheesh. What good is this list if not to inform me of things like this that I should have noticed in my 57 years on earth. I have been wasting my time with showers and such when I could have been dirty all along like all the other overweight people in the world. Reminds me of the time a friend was telling me about her cousin and how big she is...she says, " You think you're big...you should see Rosemary " . I just looked at her and said, " I don't think I'm big " . She didn't know what to say. And I never cracked a smile and went on with what I was doing. Served her right. How about the " pretty face " line. Or there's " but you carriy it well, you're tall " , " you may be big but you have a wonderful personality " ... Let's hear some of the others. When we finish this book, I'd like to write one about things I'm never gonna do again when I lose weight. My first will be: I am never gonna wear those pants that have the crease stitched down the front. Guest guest
Flo-- You are TOO funny!!! I love it -- I was rolling on the floor laughing at your last post. I think your book is a GREAT idea! Here are some of mine: I will stop looking around the room when in a group of people, to see if I am the biggest one there (relief when there is someone bigger) Not so funny -- but seriously -- I will stop putting off the things today that I say to myself I will do " once I lose weight. " No more missing out on things because of weight!!!!!!!! That is one of the main reasons I want this surgery is because I feel like my weight really interferes with my life and keeps me from doing so many things. I will wear my shirt tucked in!!!!!!!!!!! I will shop from 's Secret! LOL And for the Stupid Things Skinny People Say book: " Oh, she just hasn't lost her baby fat, yet. " " Can't you just exercise more? " And. . . . now with Dr. R's famous MGB there can be truth in the old saying, " I may be fat but you're ugly and at least I can lose weight. " There have to be more out there!!! Doesn't everyone have some good ones to share? This is fun! Guest guest
My younger brother used to have a band that played in a bar 5 nights a week. I used to go listen to him play sometimes. Talk about some back handed compliments. This one guy was there, a customer, comes up to me and looks me up and down and says " Darlin', you are beautiful. BIG but beautiful. " I thought to myself what am I supposed to say to that comment? _______________________________________________________ Get 100% FREE Internet Access powered by Excite Visit http://freelane.excite.com/freeisp

Guest guest
You are a trip!!!!!! I can tell you the one thing that I am never going to do again once I have this surgery. I will NEVER stand at the corner of my bed with a sweater or shirt hooked to it and then walk from all sides to stretch it out. We all know we've done it. We think it hides the fat!!!! After surgery I will TUCK IN my shirts and wear them as they are meant to be!!!! Thank you for adding a little humor to an otherwise nonhumorous situation.
