We went to Disney about 3 weeks ago and my son Broc who started the diet in August went with us. We were there for about a week and traveled by plane from Nebraska. Our situation is probably somewhat different that others because my son is still eating baby food because of some feeding issues so we were able to bring most all of the food that we needed. We packed all of the baby food jars in our suitcases and brought along a cooler with cream and Mayo. There were a lot of stores that were close to WDW and we did go and get some groceries but we felt it was easiest just to pack everything that we needed. We stayed at Saratoga Springs Resort which is just across the water from Downtown Disney and we had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. I can't tell you that things were much different then home. We either made his meals first thing in the morning for the day or the night before. We were with other family and had 5 kids with us so we didn't spend all day in the parks. Some mornings we left early and came back to the room for a while and some days we slept in and got up late. Really we didn't do anything different than we do at home. If we knew we were going to be gone for a meal than we packed his food in a cooler and brought it with us. We had a lot of advantages (if you can call it that) in that Broc has always been a poor eater and he doesn't care if we are eating and he is not and he doesn't eat anything other than baby food so to see the other kids eating a chocolate Mickey bar wouldn't make a difference to him. Here is a post from someone else that has taken a keto kid to WDW: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s= http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=396967&highlight=%2Bket ogenic> &threadid=396967&highlight=%2Bketogenic If anyone has any specific questions please let me know I would be glad to try and help.
