Guest guest
A few newbie questions: If any of you have experience with the malar rash I would appreciate sharing it. I have been noticing that my cheeks and nose look flushed. That comes and goes. Now along with the " sunburn look " I have a sort of blotchy red pigmentation too. On one side of the nose are bumps, not pimples. I have been wearing a lot of sunscreen, here in Southern CA. Also, anyone experience a weekness and heavyness in the backs of your legs, from just below to above the knee? Lastly, I have had full blown pleurisy, but lately the breathing pain comes and goes, it is in the same spot each time> ( I will discuss all of this with my dr if they persist). Your input is so appreciated, Pam Re: Question about Lupus 2004 Hi Maureen, I really haven't heard much about the Lupus 2004, and would love it if you could fill us all in with all that you do know. I would love to meet you, but unfortunetly, I am on the wrong side of NY to be able to attend. I live in a suburb outside of Rochester, NY. If you are ever out this way do not hesitate to let me know. I do know M. from www.butyoudontlooksick.com the member who invented the spoons theory lives either in the city or near the city - might be interested in meeting with you. I know she was on TV not to long ago getting the word out about lupus and such. She is quite the inspiration, and am sure she would welcome hearing from you. I do know she is a member here as well. I believe you can contact her through her site at the above address. I look forward to hearing more about the Lupus 2004 and any other info you would love to share with all of us. I wish you the best at the meeting, and remember we are always here for you. God bless and take care, Hugs, Deanna > Hi, all! > > Sorry I haven't been posting much at all.
