Barb,

I know it's a real good idea to write everything down.......but, I do my best not to think about how I'm feeling. If I think about it.......I feel worse. You know what I mean. I don't like to dwell on things. I have been feeling kind of crappy lately so this afternoon I decided I would do something to take my mind of things. So........I got in the car, put down the windows, turned up the CD player and drove......fast! It was great! I felt better while I was driving but it didn't take long after I got home to remember why I took that drive. I will try to write things down but it will be hard.

Karol, I write down every day how I have felt from the time I get up until bedtime. I surprised my Rhuemy the first time I took her a condensed copy. I now provide her with one every visit and I think she looks forward to them because I can sometimes forget things and this way it is all written down. This, by the way, includes bowel problems or anything else that is not working right or hurts. Sometimes it is a pain to write stuff down but when my appointment comes up I am really glad to have it.l
